We are seeking a dynamic and committed candidate to join us as:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Working in partnership with customers, you will provide off-site pre
and after sales technical support. You listen or read and probe for
clarity of the customers' technical needs and requirements, then
conscientiously provide on-time technical solution(s). In addition,
you will replicate customers' technical questions and requirements to
determine the issues and provide the optimal solution(s) through the
telephone and electronic mails.
Within the team, you will actively update the databases, generate
technical application guides and deliver technical training.
Requirements:
You should have either a degree or diploma in electrical or
electronics engineering. In addition, you have a minimum of three
years of relevant working experience in radio frequency, digital and
analog communication standard as well as off-site technical support.
You also have basic programming skills in C, C++, LabWindows and
LabView. We like to hear from you.
