Huawei Configuration RAN Engineer

Our client seeks a Huawei Configuration Management Engineer RAN. You
will be required to provision RAN database, ensure that the data
stored in the Network Operation Centre corresponds to the data in the
field, applying consistency checks, extend new and existing sites
(parameters, SW, HW configuration/modification), re-homing of Cell
sites, excellent command on M2000 & T2000, be able to use the RAN/OSS
tools for implementation of effective configuration and integration
processes, make software parameter and feature changes in the RAN
network as per required for integration, be able to configure, Iu and
A, Abis, & GP.

The Position is based in UAE for 3 months. The rates of pay are
excellent / negotiable. Accommodation, flights and transport need to
be included in the daily rate.

Job Description

We are looking for a Drive testing team

Tasks:

- TEMS Equipment setup for drive testing for 2G Speech and
GPRS/EDGE
- Set up the Call Sequence in TEMS investigation for both 2G
speech and GPRS/EDGE
- Drive Test Route design using MapInfo
- Troubleshoot and fix TEMS Equipment setup and Call
sequence issues on own
- Data collection / Drive Testing of 2G Speech and GPRS/
EDGE field data by drive
- Testing of the pre agreed routes with the customer
- Problem Logging based on issues seen in the field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field data collection for 2G
using TEMS Investigation kit
- Very good knowledge of TEMS Investigation and its setups.
