Project Coordinator
Contract based for around 18 months (Kerinci-Jambi) (49903)
Salary:
Up to IDR 20,000,000 *based on skills and experience
Responsibilities :
- 1. Monitor, coordinate to fulfill the objectives of the Project.
- 2. Maintain Effective Communication with Customer and support Project Manager for expediting the approvals for drawings /documentation and successful Project Handover
- 3. Develop and foster relationships with the Customer, stakeholders, and other entities
- 4. Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.
- 5. Assist in Site Survey along with customers.
- 6. Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity
- 7. Support Site engineers to Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan at the Site,
- 8. Communicate project updates on a weekly basis to various stakeholders about progress at Site
- 9. Discuss with Site engineers & Predict if any resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner for completion of schedule at Site
- 10. Assist in sourcing of components in and around the Indonesia region for items urgently required at the site having critical procurement lead time during the course of the Project especially during Erection & commissioning. Presently, only Anchor bolts are anticipated to be arranged locally from Indonesia.
- 11. Though, Custom clearances are in Purchaser scope, however, Communicate / Assist in case of any documented support required for Customs clearances of consignment at Indonesia.
- 12. Coordinating with external agencies wherever it is required
- 13. Monitor progress and adjust as needed. A person should have good working knowledge in planning / Scheduling.
- 14. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- 15. Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
- 16. Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity
- 17. Compile reports about incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the project team
- 18. Act as a positive representation of the business.
- 19. This job is project-based for around 18 months
Experience :
- -More than 8 years of experience in a related role.
- -Understand and experience in handling all payments related to the project
- -Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports
- *Education : Min bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- *Language : Fluent English
