Job Description:-
• Responsible for the Project Roll out.
• Liasoning with the Vendors for Project Roll out .
• Planning & implementation of BTS re homing activities from one BSC to other BSC & Re homing of BSC’s from one MSS/MGW to other MSS/MGW.
• Responsible for Maximum Network availability for region.
• Ensuring Smooth network roll out by integrating new elements into network.
• Co Ordination with Vendors and Customers.
• Installation and commissioning of BSS (BSC & BTS).
• Provide Technical support for operations and maintaining the network.
• Fault management & configuration management of UTSTAR BSC & BTS..
• Up gradation of BSS (BSC & BTS) Software.
• Handling Operation & Maintenance activities.
• Configuration of external alarms in the BSC & BTS and testing of all the alarms at the OMC end.
• Handle electrical team to avoid minimize electrical outage.
• Check daily status of all the sites.
• Optimization of the Network by studying Daily Performance Reports.
• Configuration of GB links in SGSN towards BSC’s & GPRS Optimization.
• Manage circle BSS technical issues, Co-Ordinate with engineers on day to day activities for smooth operations & network expansion.
• Ensuring regular health checkup and corrective actions for all BSC’s.

You will be responsible for KPI Monitoring (Analyzing, Improving & Maintaining), radio parameters tuning, periodic drive tests, traffic management, quality reporting, frequency planning, new features testing, GPRS/EDGE optimization and reporting. In order to be considered for this role you must be highly proficient in Siemens parameters, radio features and performance monitoring.
