Currently, I’m looking for some RF Engineers and the candidate will fill position as Regional Account Manager (RAM).

The RAMs will be placed in Medan (for Sumatera), Balikpapan (Kalimantan), Surabaya (EJ-CJ-DIY and BalNus), Makassar (Sulampapua) and Bandung (WJ).

Graduate Program

Responsibilities

1. Implement 3 years development period to improve GDP participants’ skill and capability compliance with company’s policies and procedures. 
2. Perform job rotation and develop specific skills in specific jobs in order to meet the professional requirements of their specific fields under the supervision of appointed Department Mentor.

Radio Tuning & Optimization

Description

 As Service Engineer Radio Tuning & Optim you will responsible to : Perform RF tuning & optimization  and other RF related service  activities for high capacity wireless networks using GSM, WCDMA and/or LTE technologies; familiar with link budgets, RF propagation from cellular antennas, parameters and Radio features of at least one of the following technologies: GSM, WCDMA and/or LTE; work independently in performing optimization activities; provide training and guidance to less experience persons in the area of expertise; utilize engineering tools such as cell planning tools, drive test data collection and post processing tools, and network performance statistics monitoring and analysis tools; good knowledge of Ericsson product and service portfolio, and competitive offerings; support the preparation of Requests for Proposals if requested.
