2. Integrate BTS using Nokia NetAct release 3.1 ED 3 or OSS 4.0
3. Knowledge of using MML Command
4. Troubleshooting BTS, Transmission from OSS Terminal
5.Parameter Change using OSS Application
6. Re-homing using BSS Split tool from OSS
7. Support BSC Re-parenting
8. Experinece as OSS Support minimum 1 year
9. Nokia BSC eng who knows how to do Radio Network mgmt using the OSS.
