JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Inspector/TI Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the performance of Implementation services on individual sites in accordance with the Project processes, Nokia product documentation and Implementation Guidelines for the deployment of 2G and 3G wireless networks in a given zone/region/market. Acting as the contact point to subcontractors and operator on a site level you will need be responsible for advising on technical matters related to the BTS implementation and ensuring competence development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience with management of subcontracted implementation of equipment in mobile telecommunications projects
- Skills in installing, commissioning, integrating and trouble-shooting Nokia 2G & 3G BTS equipment (UltraSite, Supreme, Optima etc) proven by certificates from Nokia trainings and references to Nokia employees in other projects the candidate worked in.
- Knowledge of local language and/or experience of the local working environment a significant advantage
