- Knowledge of Motorola database parameters
- Physical Antenna optimization
- Frequency planning
- Drive testing
- A-interface problems analysis
- Traffic optimization
- Network benchmarking and report writing
- Experience with Motorola HR and 1800
- QVoice analysis
- Knowledge of GPRS basics and testing
- Experience on RF planning tool
- Knowledge on RF planning and site selection
- Ability to train local engineers
