Long Description :
Engineer, Wireless System Infrastructure
Basic Function :
Maintain all Radio Communication Infrastructure to provide adequate levels of services for all customers to ensure the continuing operation of communication to succeed PTFI goals.
Job Responsibility :
1. Develop Wireless System Infrastructure that complies the customers' needs to support PT FI communication operation
site wide successfully.
2. Monitor and analyze system performance and take routine correction actions to ensure the continuous operation of communication site wide successfully.
3. Perform WSI routine maintenance and operations, including Monitoring alarm, RRTS, and repeaters for Dispatch, Radio Trunking, Bi Directional Amplifier, Microwave, Satellite, and Conventional devise to ensure the continuous operation
of communication site wide successfully.
4. Coordinate subordinates to perform activities of routine maintenance to ensure safe and successful work.
5. Schedule the WIS routine monitoring and maintenance to ensure quality of services and to prevent surprises.
6. Prepare reports on system oxidization and performance and analyze reports for system abuse and notify appropriate to
superior.
The key challenges in this position include:
° Monitor and control WIS system performance that ranges from Surface mine, concentrating, Underground, Port site, to the Seven Villages.
° Determine user needs and optimize systems to meet those
need.
° Develop maintenance procedures that maximize performance at minimize cost (Repair rather than replace with new).
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
° S1 Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 3 years minimum experience in radio related subject.
