JOB DESCRIPTION
1.To take charge of routine radio network optimization independently.
2.To make specific technical plan/solution for important network activity (Such as system upgrade，expansion, Swap etc.), follow up the solution review, evaluation and activity's implementation.
3.To recognize and escalate network Performance issue and assist in troubleshooting.
4.To collect and abstract customer requirement for product and service's evolvement and optimization.
5.To provide technical consulting and necessary training for customer.
6.To be the interface with customer's optimization technical team and undertake internal delivery KPI.

Qualification
1.Communication, Computer relating major, bachelor's degree or above.
2.Familiar with routine LTE optimization software（Such as Excel, MapInfo, TEMS Investigation/Discovery and NEMO Outdoor/Analyze,etc）
3.Good communication skill，team work spirit.
4.Good pressure endurance, strain capacity and creative ability.
5.Fluent written and spoken english
6.At least 3 years work experience on LTE Optimization domain, Optimization Manager/Team_leader in project of Top_3 national wise operator highly preferred.
