Deskripsi Pekerjaan

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Managing PO claiming (ESAR) with actual project progres and preparing PO document claiming submission
2. Monitoring and Follow Up if any PO claiming (ESAR) 
3. Attending Reconcile Meeting for PO claiming (ESAR)/PRPO and Follow up Reconcile Result
4.  Update Masterdatabase PO, Project, transmittal PO Claiming (ESAR), OS PRPO
5.  Follow Up PRPO until PO Release
6.  Catching Invoice Monthly target
7. Can Support superrior if any urgent matter

REQUIREMENT:

• Min 25 - 35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree/D3 any majors
• Have experience minimum 2 - 3 years in Telecomunication Project ( Huawei project, ZTE )
• Have a good communication
• Computer Literacy ( Ms. Excel, Ms. Word,Powerpoint and Ms Office . etc )
• Fluent communication in English and Mandarin ( oral, written & listening )
• Knows about new trend related to company's goal and target
• Good on presentation and create presentation itself include prepare the material and topic.
