Dear All ,we need candidate for position " OSS/NMS technical support Supervisor " Base Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
1. Assist Chinese OSS/NMS Technical Manager to carry out work
2. Responsible for the establishment of network management (including NMS and OSS) maintenance plan (routine maintenance and troubleshooting), and publicize and implement it.
3. Responsible for the maintenance of network management products and technical support for troubleshooting.
4. Dynamically monitors the running status of esight products to ensure the reliability of related functions.
5. Contact with the original technical team to ensure the stable operation of network management products.
6. Provide technical support for the maintenance of on-site equipment.
7. Complete fault statistics and analysis according to the requirements, and ask the original factory to make technical explanation, establish archives.
8. Responsible for technical communication with customers
Job Requirement :
1. Have more than 3 years experience in OSS/NMS, good background in
communications technology
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication engineering, electronic information, computer, project management
3. Fluent English skills,can speak Chinese is a plus
4. Strong management ability and coordination ability
