Pacific Oil & Gas (PO&G) is an independent energy resources development company operating throughout the energy supply chain; upstream field development, receiving terminal, power plant and gas transmission network.

As part of Pacific Oil & Gas' strategy to expand, we are inviting experienced, highly committed and well qualified professionals to join our existing team from different nationalities. Successful candidates will be expected to help develop and train employees to world's best practices.

1. HEAD OF CORPORATE FINANCE

• Lead and co-ordinate funding activities and mergers & acquisitions transactions for the Group; structure and evaluate deals; as well as conduct due diligence, negotiation and closing.
• Lead and co-ordinate corporate structuring in line with strategic plan
• Co-ordinate long-term strategic planning and resource allocation for the Group

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in corporate finance from an investment banking and/or in-house large MNC environment, out of which 5 years in a senior management position and have executed major corporate finance transactions.
• Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics from good universities. ACFA/CPA/Masters would be preferred.

2. GENERAL MANAGER, UPSTREAM PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

• Develop and ensure projects are in compliance with contract scope and agreed technical requirements, time delivery and quality; as well as achievement of the expected profitability of the projects.
• Responsible for managing cost, scope and schedule on projects for the Group.
• Manage all necessary process design functions required for concept development, FEED and detailed surface and subsurface engineering.
• Design and / or specify process equipment for upstream oil and gas production facilities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering; preferably in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of upstream project experience, out of which 5 years in senior manager position.
• Has good overall business understanding of oil & gas upstream project processess, include surface and sub-surface engineering.
• Familiar with reservoir management; oil & gas operations and production.

For both the above positions, the incumbent must have the following qualities;

• Proven strong managerial and leadership qualities.
• Commercially-oriented with high energy and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written); as well as fluency in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
