| JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Radio dimensioning periodically (analyzing traffic trend in each Interfaces and capacity bottlenecks)
- Modification & understanding of data/parameters for cell sites, BSC, RNC
- Familiarity with alarms in the network i.e. BTS,BSC, RNC Related, External alarm, etc.
- Good understanding of KPIs, Formulas & counters and also Matching Counters/formulas in multi vendor scenario
- Database Management, Publishing reports, Network Quality monitoring
- BSS Fault Monitoring & taking corrective action
- Auditing the parameters database and also checking major alarms of network elements
- Operation and Maintenance of Radio Network
- Very good knowledge of using Test Equipment
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Engineering in Telecommunication
- At least 4 – 5 years of experiences in similar field
- Experience in Huawei and Ericsson background
