QUALIFICATIONS:
- The candidate should be Electronics/Communication/Electrical engineers majoring with electronics and communication with 1-5 yrs of experience in RF engineering, optimisation and usage of various data collection and RF post processing tools etc
- Working knowledge of all RF concepts such as return loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), etc
- Have knowledge of RF Planning and Engineering for the CDMA network roll-outs
- Must be an expert in collection and analysis of RF data with a view to improve and optimize the quality of CDMA network
- Have experience of providing IBS in shopping malls and business centers
- Site Database Generation and Regular Database checks and maintenance of CDMA 2000 network
- Knowledge to carry out regular testing of the Network using RF Drive Test Tools, Voice Quality Measurement Tools, Measurements on wireless RF environment, preparation of Technical Reports etc
- Hands on experience in using RF test equipments like Spectrum Analyzer, Drive test tools, RF planning tools, Post processing tools, Site master etc
- Working knowledge of all RF concepts such as return loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR),antenna details, power concepts etc
- Broad understanding of today's RF standards/specifications and technologies such as cellular, wireless, networking, etc
- Have knowledge of Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) to combat spurious Radiation
