*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Strong analytical skills
* Deep knowledge in UNIX/LINUX/WINDOWS based operating system.
* Deep knowledge in hardware installation and troubleshooting
* Deep knowledge in networks installation and configuration
*Responsibilities*
* Do investigation and solving for founded/potential problem in
hardware and system of operation system.
* Do health check and preventive maintenance for hardware and OS
* Do hardware installation for new implementation or upgrade work.
Research & Design Staffs (RD)
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Good knowledge of Java Programming (mandatory)
* Application Architectural Design knowledge
* Minimum experience in java programming / application design for
+/- 3 years
* UML Design knowledge will be a plus
* Good web technology knowledge will be a plus
* Age < 30

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Staffs (QAC)
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Diploma degree, preferably in Information technology or Computer

* Any experience in software testing will be an advantage
* Familiar with any/all of UNIX, Java, Oracle environment

* Create testing and evaluation scenario for each systems which is
will be deliver to customer
* Deliver Testing Result Report for each test
* Monitoring the software engineering processes and methods used to

* Supervise and motivate the team members, verify status and
assigned activities and follow up actions
Service & Support Division Staffs

* Good knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL)
* Familiar with versioning system (CVS)
* Knowledge java programming language will be a plus

* Do health check and preventive maintenance for database, OS, and
application
* Do deployment for application bugs solving
*2.System monitoring Staff (SM)*

*3.Helpdesk Staff (HD)*
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Good communications skills and customer service
* Good technical knowledge in hardware and network
* Familiar with MS Office
* Fast self learner in new environment
* Posses a good knowledge in writing documentation
* Posses a good knowledge in English both written and oral?
*Responsibilities*
* Operate helpdesk application to create , escalate, and closed
trouble ticket
* Create support and helpdesk report
Development Division Staffs
*1.System Development Staff (IT-DEV)*
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent knowledge in Java Fundamental
* Good knowledge in J2EE and its related technology(Application
Server, EJB, etc)
* Good knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL)
* Good knowledge in System Design using UML
* Experienced in Web Based System Development
* Familiar with versioning system (CVS)
* Knowledge in other programming language (C/C++, VB, Delphi) will
be a plus
