Department Operations and Management Department Reports to Chief Technology Officer

Basic Functions   Manager the operation activities of BSS, SSS and VAS Subordinates BSS Transmission Manager NOC Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities Plan the BSS ,SSS, VAS activities according to Core & Access expansion plans Supervise the maintenance activities of maintenance teams in BSS,SSS and VAS Plan the BSS ,SSS, VAS activities  according to Core & Access expansion plans Supervise the suppliers activities according to maintenance and support contracts Supervise O&M procedures Supervise BSS,SSS,VAS team leader and mangers Manage the budget setup and update for O&M department , & planning department activities to achieve budget goals

Qualifications and Skills Technical: knowledge of telecommunication and GSM radio communication Relational: communication and listening abilities, meeting and transverse meeting management, analysis and diagnosis abilities, and availability Excellent command in English both written and verbal Excellent skills on Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Experience At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience Education B.S.C. in Telecommunication
