GCI Indonesia, is a branch company of CHINA GCI in Indonesia (founded at Jan.2006) in order to provide localized mobile network engineering services to Indonesian telecom equipment vendors and operators. The services include the network management service, RF optimization services of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO network, RF engineering implementation services of IBC system& Macro-cellular system. PT GCI Indonesia is fast growing telecommunication subcontractor in the past 6 years in Indonesia and is dedicated to be a leading provider of telecommunication services.

2G/3G RNO Engineer
Responsibilities
- Reviewing contractual and work package commitments.
- Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization
- Responsible for document control during RF activities
- Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy.
- Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.
- Routine project meetings with Huawei &Operator RF team and Team.
- Lead the development and implementation of processes to be followed by RF teams.
- Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF optimization activities on networks including: coverage predictions traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing& DT analysis, performance analysis and monitoring, cell planning etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study
- Minimum 3 years experience in 2G/3G RF planning and optimization
- At least 2 year KPI and parameter optimization experience (not include DT and analyzer experience)
- Familiar with parameter(such as HO,Cell reselection,access,location update parameters)
- Familiar with KPI define and formula (KPI counter) such as (HOSR,SDSR,TDR,TBF success rate,TCH blocking)
- Can do worst cell analysis
- Can optimize BSC level KPI
- Excellent technical knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS RF planning and optimization
- Understand the fundamentals of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS network systems
- Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of radio network planning and optimization.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
- Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
- Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.
- Good at commucation with other team and also can work individual
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- Multi Vendor Optimization Experience (Huawei and NSN) is advantage.
