Responsibilities:
- Undertake support tasks such as installation, testing, analysis , commissioning and maintenance service to meet customer satisfaction and expectation
- Ensure proper installation, commissioning, testing and implementation of the equipment according to company's quality standards and procedures
- Responsible for acceptance testing (AMTN) for customer sign-off, perform commissioning and acceptance test under supervision of Senior Engineer
- Manage all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, creating failure reports
- Provide efficient technical problem solving and support to on call and maintenance contract customer
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to the customer
- Participate in 24 x 7 on call duty and emergency service roster
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic/IT) or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience in GSM related products support preferred
- Understand repair and maintenance of FSC hardware, SUN servers Solaris OS, Oracle, scripting
- Experience in software upgrades on IN, @commander, B&R server, VOMS and other associated systems preferred though not mandatory
- Highly initiative and customer focus
- Good team player, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
