Qualification: Male / Female Diploma / Degree in Telecommunication preferred major in RF communication engineering Minimum 3 years experiences in Design & Planning for Indoor Building Coverage Solution and Optimization Knowledge in BTS, Microwave technical site requirement would an added advantage Familiar with 2G/3G in building antenna system and link budget calculation Understand all principle of radio frequency for GSM, WCDMA and CDMA system Good Understanding in radio network planning and utilization of drive test tool Good interpersonal and communication skills Team player and process leadership qualities Able to work independently and be willing to travel.
