As system administrator backup and preventive maintenance of RNO-NPA
and NM server.
Monitoring the functionality of the network.
Performing first & second line maintenance, test and diagnosis of
faults.
Identification of alarms and alarm handling.
3G Network Element Creation and Deletion (e.g. RNC, Node B, Cells).
Change in the Node B parameter using RNO.
Ensuring escalation of faults to field engineer and maintaining
records of the same.
Performing routine procedures on various n/w elements.
Follow-up and Guidance to Field engineers for Site Installation,
Commissioning, Fault rectification and site Swapping Activities
(Alcatel-Nortel).
Link troubleshooting and Maintenance of Alcatel 7670 ATM through OMC-
R
Configuration of links in Alcatel 7670 ATM.
Transport node management and link troubleshooting through Alcatel
NM-5620
Report Generation of various PM data as per RNE request.
Configurations and design of various PM counter as per RNE request in
OMC-R.
