With strong experience in GSM/EDGE and UMTS Network Planning, Rollout,
Initial Tuning and Optimization.
The candidates (at their position), will be involved in 2G/3G Radio
Network Planning tasks, coverage and capacity analysis, participate in
Technical Site Surveys, frequency clearance and interference analysis,
designing and rolloutof project documentation, QOS and performance
analyses, deep Analyses of Events, KPI's and parameters, radio access
network dimensioning, Identify problems and propose solutions to
improve the QOS and radio performance.
