Radio Network Performance Improvement Sr

Minimum 5 years of documented experience of work in mobile networks preferably WCDMA Radio network optimization/design. - Experience in the areas of telecommunications and digital switching systems (e.g. AXE). - Business oriented and good interpersonal skills, preferably with experience from the consulting world. - CDMA/GSM RF Design/ optimization knowledge is an advantage. - Proven track record of leading team of engineers in activities involving Optimization and Radio Network Design, co-ordination of daily activities, tracking of project status and cluster acceptance. - Generation of daily reports for the Technical Manager. - Ability to deal with customer on various levels including Regional Manager. - Co-coordinating optimization status and results with a Centralized Optimization team. - Needs to have the technical ability to present the optimization/KPI results to the customer Regional Manager in order to receive cluster/project acceptance. - Experience on UMTS Optimization tools: e.g. TEMS, XCAL/XCAP, Agilent; Actix - Experience with UMTS counters/statistics for identifying problems in the network and possible solutions. - Experience on Ericsson UMTS product, features and functionality is a big advantage. - Proven record working as a senior team player and able to lead group of engineers, Drive Test teams etc. - Strong field knowledge of HSPDA a must, knowledge of HSUPA an advantage. - Ability to work independently and to build up good customer relations. - Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures. - Self-motivated, flexible and fluent in English both oral and written.
